Administration Manager
Department: Administration Department
Location: Bangkok - Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day office management practice to support employees of a variety of office services i.e. copy services, office supplies, equipment and inventory, company car, cleaning, facilities management, reception and communication systems (e.g. telephone, fax).
  • Maintain officer space efficiency by planning and implementing officer systems and layouts.
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage office maintenance and upgrade to equipment, facilities, and systems to minimize disruptions to business activities.
  • Monitor and control cost expenses in procurement and supplier engagement such as maid, driver, rental car and other.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree of Business Administration or related fields.
  • Age 35 - 40 years old.
  • Have 8 - 10 years Experiences in Administration field
  • Good command of English
  • Good Computer Literacy
