| The Mexico PET facility is located in Querétaro, Mexico and has an installed capacity of 478,000 tonnes per annum. We acquired the Arteva PET facility from Invista S.a’ r.l. (formerly DuPont Textiles and Interiors) in March 2011. This acquisition complement the strategy to increase IVL footprint into new higher growth markets of Central and Latin America, with strong R&D set up in the plants that enable us to provide innovative products to the customers. |

| The PET is used in application for packaging of carbonated soft drink, water, beer, juice, food and custom containers. Containers made from INVISTA polymers can be reclaimed, recycled, and/or reused. In April 2007, INVISTA opened a new state-of-the-art PET resin plant, doubling its production in order to meet the demand of its market. |
