| Guangdong IVL PET Polymer Co., Ltd. is the first investment of IVL in China and allows IVL to establish its footprint in one of the largest and fastest growing markets for PET and Polyester fibers and yarns. |

| The plant is located on the riverside in Kaiping City, Guangdong Province, China. It has an installed capacity of 540,000 tons per annum of which 450,000 tons per annum is for PET polymers. The plant uses technology from Inventa Fischer, a European technology provider, and the same technology supplier used by IVL in Lithuania and the USA. |

| The plant has a wide array of products, including PET polymers, Polyester fibers and yarns for textile and industrial applications and PET chips for Polyester films. The main focus will be the domestic market and will be used as an export base to the Far East and other markets. |
