| The Ottana Polimeri PTA facility is located at Ottana, Sardinia, in Italy. The facility was acquired by Indorama Ventures under a joint venture called UAB Polimeri Europe in 2010. The facility provides the raw material for our integrated PET facility. |

| The plant has an annual capacity of 192,000 tons and uses Tecnimonttechnology. |
