| The Indorama Petrochem PTA facility is located in Rayong, Thailand and is a part of the Asia Industrial Estate. Indorama Ventures acquired this facility in 2008 from the Indorama SPL Associate Group. |

| The plant began production in 2006 with an annual production capacity of 710,000 tons, making it one of the largest single plants in the world. The Indorama Petrochem PTA facility provides raw materials to our PET and Polyester business operations and supplies PTA to our external customers worldwide. |
| |
| The facility employs one of the most advanced technologies from Invista. To ensure consistently high product quality, the plant is equipped with quality control systems and equipment including automated QA systems, advanced process control (APC) and computer integrated manufacturing (CIM). |
| |
| The Indorama Petrochem PTA facility is environment friendly and generates energy through a heat recovery process. The plant is ISO 9001 certified. |
