Community Well-being
Indorama Ventures in Brazil proudly supports the Horta Terra Coração (Garden Earth Heart) project with funds necessary to purchase equipment, continuously taking action to increase income and improve quality of life for the families involved. The installation of the project maintains stability for the families and also reinforce community ties through this sustainable urban agriculture project. This project was firstly initiated for 27 families currently living at the Vila Claudete Community, Cabo de Santo Agostinho, and has been developed gradually with an aim to enable their sustainable living.
This project requires constant technical support and organizational engineering for maintenance. New families have been introduced to renew the workforce and support the project's sustainability. Cost of maintenance, water, electricity, basic training and infrastructure was provided by the company to create a sustainable living space for all members of the project.
PETForm Lopburi sponsored an organic vegetable project to create jobs and careers for locals in the community at Thamtago Temple. This project aims to create additional income for the community and help reduce costs for families in the area.
Indorama Ventures Polímeros provides culinary training for mothers of children who study at the Creche California daycare. The objective of this activity is to allow participants to gain knowledge and practice in order to pursue a career in the food industry.
Indorama Polyester Industries PCL Nakhon Pathom arranged an occupational training program on making Thai desserts and fruit carving for villagers from the Khunkaew community. This is to help them gain practical skills and additional income.
Indorama Polyester Industries PCL Nakhon Pathom employees volunteered to fixed and paint playgrounds at Watsawangarom School, Wat Prachanart School and Klong Thang Luang School in areas nearby their operating site.

Avgol Mocksville set up a collection box where employees could drop off toys which will be sent to underprivileged children. This effort provides meaningful gifts to the children during the festive season of Christmas.
Volunteer employees from TPT Petrochemicals provided a free lunch program at Wat Chark Look Ya School and donated 10,000 baht to support the health and well-being of the children.
