Indorama Ventures acquired Indorama Holdings (IRH) Rotterdam (renamed Indorama Ventures Europe) from Eastman Chemical Company. The purified terephthalic acid (PTA) facility provides raw materials to our PET business operations in Europe. The facility shares a utility island consisting of a cogeneration system (heat and power) with the co-located PET facility.
