Subject: To Change the Company Secretary and Authorized Persons to
Disclose Information to SET
Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited would like to report on the
resolutions of the Board of Directors No. 1/2010 dated February 11, 2010 that
IVL Board approved to change the Company Secretary by appointment of Mr.
Souvik Roy Chowdhury, it will be effective February 15, 2010 onwards. The
roles and responsibilities of the Company Secretary are prescribed in
Securities and Exchange Acts (No.4) B.E. 2551
In addition, the Board of Directors also approved the authorized persons to
disclose information to SET as follows:
1) Mr. Ashok Jain, Joint Vice President
2) Mr. Souvik Roy Chowdhury, Joint Vice President
3) Mr. Vikash Jalan, Senior Manager, Accounting Dept.
4) Ms. Thamonwan Woraphongjirakarn, Manager, Legal & Secretarial Dept.
