Subject: Report on the Establishment of a New Indirect Subsidiary for the
Acquisition of Wellman International's Recycling and Fiber Manufacturing
Businesses
With reference to the disclosure made by Indorama Ventures Public Company
Limited ("IVL") on September 21, 2011, regarding the acquisition of the
recycling and fiber manufacturing businesses of Wellman International in Europe
which closed on 30 November 2011, we would like to inform that, IVL has formed a
new wholly owned indirect subsidiary in Netherlands by the name of Indorama
Ventures Recycling Netherlands B.V. with authorized capital of Euro 90,000 to
hold the acquired recycling and fiber businesses.
