IVL's Shareholders Meeting approved the issuance of debentures
Bangkok - 22 September 2011 - Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (IVL) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2011 today at Crystal Hall B, Plaza Athenee Bangkok Hotel, chaired by Mr. Rathian Srimongkol (2nd left first row), Independent Director and Vice Chairman of Audit Committee. The shareholders' meeting was held to propose debentures plan which was approved. The IVL debentures are issued with the objective of making debt repayment and/or business operations.
