With reference to the disclosure made by Indorama Ventures Public Company
Limited ("IVL") on 4 April 2012, IVL would like to inform the formation of
another new indirect holding subsidiary, Indorama Ventures OGL Holdings LP
("IVOHLP") on June 30, 2012 to hold the Old world business in USA.
The new company is held 0.10% by Indorama Ventures Capital LLC, and 99.90% by
Indorama Ventures Holdings LP.
