Subject Announcement of the trading period, registration book closure date and
period for the notification of the intention to exercise the IVL-T1

Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited ("Company") has issued and offered the
transferable subscription right to purchase ordinary share of the Company No.1
(IVL-T1) ("TSR") in an amount of 481,582,397 units at THB 0.00 per share by
way of right offering at the ratio of 9 existing shares to 1 TSR. In this
regard, if there is any fraction from the calculation of the allocation, such
fraction will be disregarded. The Company determines the date to specify the
names of the shareholders entitled to receive the TSRs (Record Date) on December
24, 2010, and the names of entitled shareholders shall be collected under
Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E.2535 (including its
amendment) by means of share register book closure on December 27, 2010. The
details of key date regarding the IVL-T1 are as follows;

1. TSR trading period : January 11-31, 2011

2. The date to suspend TSR trading (SP sign post date)
(The Company will instruct the SET to post SP sign for TSR in 3 business days
prior to the registration book closure date in order to match with the
securities delivery and payment of the SET) : February 1, 2011

3. TSR suspension period : February 1 - 25, 2011

4. Registration book closure date : February 4, 2011
5. Period for the notification of the intention to exercise : February 10-24,
2011

6. Exercise date of TSR : February 25, 2011

7. Expiration date of TSR : February 25, 2011

In case that the TSR holder does not exercise its right within the period for
the notification of the intention to exercise, such TSR shall be nullified
without being exercised and the TSR holder is thus unable to exercise the rights
to purchase ordinary shares of the Company.
