Subject Notification of the Disposal of the Company's Shares by Major
Shareholder


Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited ("Company") would like to inform that
it has been informed by Canopus International Limited ("Canopus"), one of its
major shareholder, that they will sell 270,000,000 shares to both local and
international institutional investors on 14 January 2011. Such share disposal
will not materially affect the Company's shareholding structure.
