T1 TRADING TO BE SUSPENDED
IVL-T1 TRADING TO BE SUSPENDED
As Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (IVL) has informed the
maturity of Transferable Subscription Rights of IVL-T1 on February 25, 2011
and has set the closing date of register book for the purpose of the right to
subscribe common shares on February 4, 2011 and the notification period for
the exercise of the IVL-T1 during February 10-24, 2011 between 9.00 am. and 4.00
pm. (excluding Bank holidays).
Therefore, to comply with the clearing and settlement system, the SET will
suspend trading of IVL-T1 effective from February 1-25, 2011 by virtue of Clause
5(6) of the SET's Rules, Conditions and Procedures for the Temporary
Prohibition of Trading of Listed Securities, issued on February 9, 1995. In
addition, IVL-T1 will no longer be listed securities on the SET since February
26, 2011 onwards.
