Report on the Completion of the Acquisition of Polymer Resin Assets in China and new Subsidiary

Subject: Report on the Completion of the Acquisition of Polymer Resin Assets in
China and the Establishment of a New Subsidiary Company.
With reference to the disclosure made by Indorama Ventures Public Company
Limited ("IVL") on November 11, 2010 regarding the acquisition of Polymer Resin
assets in China, the Company would like to inform that it has completed all the
closing formalities and has taken charge of the plant effective January 27,
2011. An opening ceremony in this regard was organized at Kaiping City,
Guangdong province in China.
The new entity in China will be known as "Guangdong IVL PET Polymer Co., Ltd"
which is wholly owned by Indorama Polymers PCL. (Indorama Polymers is the PET
operating subsidiary of IVL). The details of the new subsidiary in China are as
follows:
1. Company Name: Guangdong IVL PET Polymer Co., Ltd.
2. Registered & Paid-up Capital: USD 31 Million
3. Shareholding: 100% by Indorama Polymers PCL, Thailand
4. Business PET polymers and Polyester polymers for fibers & yarns and
industrial applications with an annual capacity of 406,000 Mts.
