Subject: Major shareholder confirms to fully subscribe to their portion of
rights issue


The major shareholder of the Company, Indorama Resources Limited, has sent a
written confirmation vide letter dated February 1, 2011 to the Company stating
that they will fully subscribe to the rights issue through exercise of the
allocated portion of 346,603,836 transferable subscription rights into shares of
the Company.
