Subject: Amendment of the Q1/2010 Financial Statements

With reference to Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited ("IVL") submission
of Q1/2010 financial statements for the three-months period ended on 31 March
2010 to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 12 May 2010, IVL hereby submits an
amendment on the basic earnings per share number in the consolidated and
company only, in the income statements and on Note No. 12 for the
three-months period ended on 31 March 2009.

The basic earnings per share of Baht 3.31 per share in consolidated and the
basic earnings per share of Baht 0.05 in the company only is changed to
consolidated basic earnings per share of Baht 0.33 and company only of Baht
0.01 per share. The amendment of the figures are done to reflect the reduction
in par value from Baht 10 to Baht 1 in September 2009 and hence this
amendment reflects the like to like comparison of basic earnings per share for
the
three-months period ended on 31 March 2009 to the three months period ended on
31 March 2010.

IVL will accordingly submit the amended Q1/2010 financial statements to the
Stock Exchange of Thailand today.
