Flood disasters have affected various areas across the globe and exposed people in the community suffering in this difficult situation. IVL has responded quickly by providing essential daily items to relieve communities living in the area.

In Thailand, Four IVL companies in Lopburi, including AsiaPet (Thailand), Indorama Polymers, Petform (Thailand) and Indorama Holdings distributed 600 survival bags to our staff and members affected in Lopburi. In the meantime, Indorama Polyester Industries (Nakhon Pathom) also supplied another 200 sets of survival bags to villagers who have suffered from the flood in Nakhon Pathom.

In Germany, Indorama’s subsidiaries, consisting of Indorama Ventures Polymers Germany GmbH, PHP Fibers GmbH, Trevira GmbH, and UTT GmbH & Co. KG which provide monetary support to help the flood victims in the community. The contribution is gathered from the employees and the company, and distributed to 4 specific projects in the regions; the children’s day-care centre for inclusion ‘Magische 12’ in Bad Münstereifel, the youth facility ‘Kick’ in Bad Münstereifel, the community playground in Jünkerath, and the Levana special school in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler.
