Embracing a shared purpose - CSR sponsors Green Bike Rally and Run with Riverside Plaza
For the second consecutive year, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sponsored the Green Bike Rally and Run in collaboration with the Riverside Plaza, bringing together more than 230 cyclists and runners from the Chareon Nakhon district, Bangkok, including many of Indorama Ventures’ employees.
This exciting 30-km cycling and running event, featuring three route-check stations, was intended to promote wellness among Bangkokians, while building a greener community.
Indorama Ventures showed its support to Bang Kachao Health Promotion Hospital through charitable donations, and extended its support to include the athletes’ jerseys, which were made from recycled PET yarn. Simultaneously, the company promoted waste separation and PET beverage bottle recycling, with approximately 425 post-consumer PET bottles collected during the event and taken back to Indorama Ventures’ recycling facility.
Through this synergistic and enthusiastic collaboration, Riverside Plaza is a long-term strategic partner in tackling social needs and developing a shared purpose for a more significant and positive impact.
