Strengthening bonds through team building at Fibers site in Kaiping
On October 22, the Fibers team in Kaiping, China, hosted a spirited tug-of-war competition, uniting employees from across departments for an exciting team-building experience. Approximately 150 operators, engineers, and managers formed 15 enthusiastic teams, supported by over 200 colleagues cheering them on, creating an atmosphere filled with camaraderie and excitement.
The competition was intense as participants demonstrated not only remarkable physical strength but also incredible teamwork, with their all-out efforts showcasing the tenacity and cohesion of each team and embodying the power of unity in driving personal and collective achievements.
The event was also an opportunity to boost morale and reinforce a shared sense of belonging within the Indorama Ventures family, strengthening team bonds and emphasizing the value of collaboration and well-being in the workplace. Together, we continue to build a positive and connected work environment.
