IVL provided a training session on “Waste separation and recycling” at the Faculty of Environment, Kasetsart University. There were over 200 participants including students, professors and personnel of the university. The purpose of this training session was to raise awareness of current waste management problems. IVL aims to bring about proper waste management knowledge for better plastic recycling, especially of PET bottles, which are 100% recyclable and able to be turned into recycled polyester and PET resin (rPET). PET recycling is one of the responsible ways to deal with waste problems, creating a sustainable solution that will develop higher economic value for discarded materials.
