Indorama Ventures has received a score of 100% for the second consecutive year from the Thai Investors Association for the organization of its 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The Association looked at the process of arranging the AGM, including sending out all meeting details with the invitation to shareholders well in advance; how well the meeting was arranged and the final report of the meeting. The company uploaded all information in a timely manner to the web for shareholders to peruse.
