RECO Young Designer Competition 2014
Indorama Ventures PCL proudly presents RECO YOUNG DESIGNER COMPETITION 2014. Our competition aims to encourage students in the high schools, colleges, and art schools, as well as freelance designers, or anyone interested, to join us in the competition of eco-friendly product design. Competitors may use waste products made from PET, polyester, or other materials in their creation. The competition is divided into two categories, product design and fashion design.

*Remarks: The budget supported by this competition has a condition of disbursement. If competitors or their works do not meet the criteria of the competition, the committee may cancel or reclaim the prize. Copyright of products designed for this competition belongs to the organizer. The result of the competition agreed by the committee is considered final.
- Work submitted to this competition must accord to the concept of “Back to the Future”
- The work can be sent by an individual competitor or a team; not more than two persons in a team per one work.
- Product design work has to be created in a form of three dimensions with attached colored draft on A3 paper (mood board) and a CD file. The work must be creative as well as practical.
- Fashion design work has to be sent with attached colored draft on A3 paper (mood board) and a CD file. The work must be creative, ready-to-wear, and looks like ordinary clothing.
- Attach your work on a black flute board with a 1-inch frame. Specify the name of your work with concept and inspiration. Attach your application on the other side of the board, fill the form completely, and attach material samples.
- All the works submitted to this competition must not be copied or sent to any other competitions.
- Do not mark or sign any signatures on the sketches.
- The work must be sent within the deadline.
- The last 10 teams entering the final round must participate in workshops as assigned by the organizer as a pre-condition to being accepted.

Qualification of Competitors:
- Aged between 17-35 years old
- Freelance designer, students or the general public
Document Required:
- The application can be downloaded from www.facebook.com/recoyoungdesigner or www.indoramaventures.com/RECO2016
- 1 inch, straight-faced photograph
- A certified copy of student cards or ID cards
- A3-size mood board
- Send your application to CMO Public Company Limited 4/18-19 Soi Nuanchan 56, Nuanchan Road, Buengkoom District, Bangkok 10230 with bracketed message (RECO Young Designer Competition 2014) on the right-bottom corner of the envelope. Your application must be stamped and posted before the deadline.
- Submit your application by yourself at CMO Public Company Limited (as addressed above) during 09:30-17:00, Monday-Friday. The deadline is due to December 19, 2014.
